Fabulous Friends: Fall Favorites

Fall is my favorite season. With the changing leaves, cooler weather, and outdoor activities, how could you not enjoy yourself? In addition to loving Fall, I also love Fall fashion. Therefore, I wanted to know what my friends' favorite fall trends were. Here is what they said:

• 8 friends said their favorite Fall accessory was scarves
• 1 friend mentioned how she loves colorful scarves that look good with jeans, boots, and a solid colored shirt
• 1 friend said she goes for a "good, neutral pashmina" which is an Indian scarf made of fine cashmere wool- she wears it kind of like a shaw and it looks effortlessly pretty!
• 3 people mentioned their go-to is infinity scarves. 2 people said they love big sweaters because they're cozy and warm (both items are worn by Miley Cyrus on the right)

Fabulous Friends-GUYS EDITION: Favorite Cologne!

Anyone shopping for a last minute gift for a father, brother, or boyfriend? I think cologne would be the perfect gift! My friends and I have talked about it in the past and we all agree that it definitely makes a guy more attractive it he is wearing cologne! I polled 18 guys and got a variety of responses for favorite colognes and fragrances! If you want to read the individual notes or see the costs of each cologne, then just click the name. Here are the results!

The most named cologne of the 18 guys was the Lacoste Essential Eau de Toilette with 3 votes! (Click here to see it on Lacoste's site.) This cologne is described as "Masculine, Modern, Classic. Composed of unique fresh and spicy notes, built on an elegant woody base. Essential combines aromatic and sexy woods with rich fruit notes, linked with a transparent, floral heart." The lasting power is known to be 6-10 hours. One of my friends said, "Love it. It gets the ladies what can I say." Overall this seems like a great pick!

Fabulous Friends Panel: Favorite Bath & Body Works Scent and Item!

Yes it is time for another questionnaire with my fabulous friends panel :) This time I decided to ask my friends what their favorite item from Bath & Body Works was! As you all probably know by now, I am completely obsessed and cannot get enough of this store. Here are some scents or items that you may like to try! They are still having their huge sale so this may be a good time for you to try new stuff! Please please let me know what your favorite scent or item from Bath & Body Works is because I would love to try them out!!!! (P.S. I believe this store is only available to people in the US and Canada.) Here is their website! www.bathandbodyworks.com

#1) Now the number one most mentioned scent from Bath & Body Works was SWEET PEA. It is one of the unique smells from B&BW and has notes of Sweet Pea Petals, Watery Pear, Freesia, Fresh Raspberry, and Soft Musk.

#2) There was a tie for the second place and one of the scents was DARK KISS! I myself also love this scent! :) This has notes of sensual incense, Mirabelle plum, and night musk. My friend also said that she loves it in the body lotion form!

#2) The other scent that tied for second place was of course the ever so famous WARM VANILLA SUGAR. I am a huge fan of this; I spray it on my pillow every night before I go to bed :) This is known by its traces of Vanilla Absolute, Basmati Rice Water, and Creamy Sandalwood.

Fabulous Friends Panel: Favorite Shampoo!

Once again, I asked my wonderful panel of friends about their favorite product; this time, it was about shampoos. These are the products that give my friends their gorgeous, shiny hair!

The #1 shampoo brand mentioned by my friends was Herbal Essences!

Fabulous Friends Panel: Favorite Mascara

New survey! I asked my lovely friends what was their favorite mascara and they all responded with wonderful products. The majority of the products mentioned were from Maybelline so I guess they are the favorite of this survey! Let me know what is your favorite mascara or if you have tried any of the mascaras that are mentioned! I want to know your review on them! The mascara that was mentioned the most was the Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Mascara! I personally use this mascara and would definitely recommend it as well! The wand is very large and makes no clumps at all. It is a very good volumizing mascara, stays on all day, and does not flake. Maybelline claims this mascara will give you 9X the volume.. but I would say it is more like 3X. This mascara comes in regular and waterproof formulas. It can be bought at drugstores for $5.69.

So every now and then I like to hear what kind of products my friends are using. I surveyed 15 friends about what is their favorite perfume and fragrances; here is what they told me!
