Current Favorite Accessory: Peacock Earrings

Hello everyone! Summertime is my favorite time to wear simple clothes but change up my outfits with accessories! My current favorite accessory is a pair of  Feather Peacock Earrings from the store Clubbing Girl. They are on sale right now along with all the other jewelry for only $5.00 (+ free shipping)! You can't really beat that deal. These are definitely a sturdy pair that will last me for a while. I can't wait to wear them more with a white dress or a tank top and a pair of shorts! When I really want the earrings to stand out I'll wear them with my hair up; otherwise I'll let them blend in by putting my hair down.

Georgetown Haul! (Loft, Forever21, Lush, Sephora)

Hi girls!Today I wanted to share with you what I got during my Georgetown shopping trip!If you like shopping, then you would love Georgetown.There are streets right next to each other with so many places to go in, window shop, grab a snack, or take a coffee break! Here are all the items that I bought!

Forever21: Striped Sheath Dress- Here's a pic of me trying on the dress in the fitting room. I am such a sucker for stripes and I can't wait to wear this to a blogger event or on a date.

Lush- Buffy Body Butter- I'm going to do a full review of this soon. All you need to know right now is that this product is simply amazing!

Sephora:
Smashbox Limitless Liquid Liner Pen Eyeliner- This was a holy grail product repurchase for me. See my full review here to see why I love this eyeliner so much.

BB Tinted Treatment 12-Hour Primer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen (travel size in medium)- this is the perfect tinted moisturizer for summer and gives me the most flawless finish!

Loft: Linen Utility Skirt- I don't know what it is w/ me recently but I can't get enough of the military green color. I loved this skirt which is in that shade and feel like it is bound to match a lot of tops & just look really laid back!

OOTD: Party Night

Hey girlies! I'm really excited to share this outfit with you today! If I'm ever planning to go out to a club in the city, my go to is a little black dress. You just can't go wrong with it. The particular one I'm wearing in the photos is the Low Plunge Black Fit and Flare Dress from the store "Clubbing Girl". It has a plunging neckline and I love the design and material! It is currently on sale for $29.99! I paired it with a gold studded purse and nude heels.

I decided to go light on jewelry but still wanted to sport these 360 fake pearl earrings which also came in a set with rhinestone earrings (in my second piercing). They are so unique and I'm sure you will get compliments on them! Right now they are on sale for only $5! I'm definitely going to wear these on a daily basis.

Emily Travels: Shorts and Sweet (Annapolis OOTD)

Has anyone here been to Annapolis before? I think this is such an underrated town! My friends Lydia, Karli, and I had the best time exploring there last weekend! Annapolis has tons of places to shop, eat lunch at the dock, ride boats, and people watch. At the end of the day I did not want to leave and the sunset literally made the scenery look like a painting (last pic). Here are the details of the outfit I wore:

Emily Travels: NYC Finally (OOTD)

Hello everyone! I am so excited to write this post for you today because it's about my first trip to NYC! I don't know why it took me 22 years to get there but I literally could not stop smiling and freaking out on the way to the city. I went with three friends and had a blast exploring Times Square, Central Park, and Chelsea. For my outfit, I decided to go for something light since it was so hot in NYC. I was also in the "go big or go home" mindset so wanted to stand out with a lime eyelet skirt! I also wore flats since I knew I was bound to do a lot of walking in the big city. Emily Travels: Wildwoods Beach Day (OOTD)

Hello everyone! Earlier this month, my friend and I had a crazy weekend going to Cherry Hill, NJ (outfit post here), Philadephia, PA (outfit post here) and Wildwoods Beach, NJ! I love Wildwoods and seriously wish Florida beaches were like this! There was such a long boardwalk which was perfect for biking in the morning and walking along to shop and eat. There was also an amusement part with a ferris wheel, which we rode, and other attractions. The beach was relaxing as well and we just had a great weekend! I can't express on a blog post how much I love Philadelphia. This weekend I went into the city for the third time with my friend Karli (shout out to her for taking these pics for me!). We had a fabulous time shopping, eating, and exploring. This city is filled with beauty and history and I love going here!

I knew we were going to do a lot of walking so I wore comfy shoes. Since we were shopping & I don't like holding multiple bags, I brought my canvas bookbag. I know it's unusual that I paired the bag with a similar striped shirt but I think it made a cute duo! Here are the details on my outfti:

OOTD: Shopping in Garden State Park

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous memorial day weekend! I had so much fun touring Philadelphia, Cherryl Hill, and Wildwoods Beach with my friend Karli! On Saturday night we decided to go shopping at Garden State Park in Cherryl Hill, NJ so I decided to go for a simple outfit that was cute but comfortable. Here's what I'm wearing:

Rihanna for Dior Secret Garden IV Campaign

It was recently announced that Rihanna is going to be the face for the Dior Secret Garden IV Campaign and my goodness, she could not look more stunning! Photos from this fashion campaign show Rihanna walking through the Versailles Hall of Mirrors and Garden. After seeing the pictures of the ads, I had to do some digging to figure out what Rihanna was wearing in terms of accessories and makeup. The makeup artist for this shoot was Stéphane Marais and the look has been described as "vampy, classic, and glamorous".

Hey gals! Something that I have been obsessed with already this summer is neon colors! What a perfect & easy way to stand apart from the crowd! With neons, you can accentuate a specific body part (lips, hips, etc.) or add a pop of color to your whites & grays. You will be finding a lot of neon in my outfits this summer! Obsession: Quay Australia

Does anyone here follow Shay Mitchell on Instagram? Well if you do, then you'll know that she wears a lot of killer sunglasses. One day I looked up the brands of the ones she was wearing and they were from Quay Australia. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with all the sunglasses this brand creates. They are so unique, edgy, and colorful! What's crazy too is that the brand isn't insanely expensive- each pair costs around $40-$60. My next pair of sunglasses that I buy will definitelly be from Quay Australia. Here are a couple of my favorite pairs and their Instagram pics as well!
