Hello everyone! Spring time is literally right around the corner. With that in mind, I decided to create a very girly outfit that incorporates the pastel yellow often seen in Spring with a timeless tulle skirt. This would be perfect to wear to any sort of "dressed up" event coming up in the next few months. I've always loved photoshoots with balloons in them so decided to do one with this outfit!
