Hi everyone!It has been raining on and off in Georgia the past few weeks. I personally like the rain partially because it means that I get to wear my rain boots. :) The other day I noticed that my nail polish happened to match my boots. I like to apply two coats of this and finish with a coat of OPI's top coat. Without the top coat, this nail polish will chip in two or three days so take preventative measures!
