ReplyDeleteHi Emily, I just got the ELF Brush at Target yesterday and I agree, it is sooo soft! If you have time, will you do a review of it on what you use it for? It's called a powder brush but it's not like any powder brush I've used and I have seen some people on YouTube use it for liquid foundation....what do you use it for??
