Eyeliner: Definitely one of my favorite makeup items and definitely an essential. I recently purchased two Rimmel waterproof eyeliners, tested them out for about a month, and absolutely love them! For me, I sweat pretty easily and keep my makeup on for several hours a day so I have to make sure that I buy long wearing and waterproof makeup. Rimmel products are great because they have great quality and are easily obtainable at drugstores! In this post, I'm going to review both the products separately.
